Josh gave me so much valuable advice of what to look out for when getting quotes and he did this without being pushy for the business but just generally being helpful and informative.
Moving house is a stressful time but Josh was so calm and reassuring and knew the process and was very supportive to both me and my elderly mother.Communication was excellent right up to the move date, again re-assuring me that everything was in place ready for the move and Josh always responded promptly to my calls or txts.
